A container is a structured, time-bound space for learning, reflection, and change. Unlike a retreat that takes you out of your life, a container works with your life. You show up, do the work, and return to your daily reality with new awareness and tools to apply it.
This is not therapy. It is education grounded in awareness: noticing recurring emotional and relational patterns, staying present during discomfort, and making changes that unfold gradually and actually last.

Intro to Shadow Work
A four-chapter journey into the parts of you that learned to hide.There's a version of you that learned to go quiet. Not because you weren't enough. Somewhere along the way, you were taught that certain parts of you were too much.
That hiding place is the shadow. And the patterns you've been trying to understand — the relationships that keep ending the same way, the loops you can't seem to break, the feeling that you're living just slightly outside of yourself. Those are the shadow at work.
This isn't a journey about becoming a new person. It's about getting to know all of who you already are, including the parts you've been taught to hide, suppress, or be ashamed of.
Over four chapters and 19 sessions, you'll move through the full arc of shadow work: understanding what the shadow is and how it forms, exploring the four core emotions that live there, learning how to actually relate to those parts of yourself, and integrating all of it into your daily life and relationships.

Small Group Container
A time-bound, small group space for people ready to do paced, supported shadow work in community. Structured around a specific theme: shame, patterns in relationships, grief, or identity.
Groups are intentionally small, typically 6 to 10 people, so the work can be honest, held, and real. Not a course. Not a workshop. A container.
