Meet the person behind the work.

Hi, I'm Dr. Sanaa Jaman (PhD, MBA, 500-hour RYT).

You may have found me through yoga, retreats, my writing, or the programs I’ve built over the years. While these paths may look different on the surface, they have always been part of the same inquiry: how people learn to live with honesty, awareness, and responsibility toward their inner lives.

My work sits at the intersection of self-knowledge, embodied practice, and leadership. Not leadership in the conventional sense of titles or authority, but the kind that begins with learning how to understand yourself clearly and act with intention in the world.

Meet the person behind the brands.

Over the years, I’ve created spaces for thousands of people through retreats, education programs, and online communities. These spaces bring together practices from yoga, shadow work, reflection, and dialogue to help people move beyond insight and into integration.

What I’m most interested in now is the relationship between integration and leadership.

Not collecting insight for the sake of it, but allowing what we learn about ourselves to shape how we live, relate, and build meaningful work in the world.

Across my work — from Tru3 Yoga, to Sacred Shadow School and LadyDork — the focus remains the same:

Helping people move from self-awareness to conscious living, and from inner understanding to the choices that shape a life.

Paths to Deeper Work

This is where many people begin.
Personal writing shared after it’s been lived and integrated about grief, identity, relationships, faith, and becoming more honest with yourself over time.

A place to read, reflect, and feel less alone.

Writing & Reflection

For those who learn through the body. Yoga practice, education, and teacher training rooted in clarity, repetition, and real-life application.

Focused on understanding rather than striving, and building practices that hold up over time.

Practice, Education & Training

For those who want something more held.
Small-group containers, 1:1 containers and retreats designed for emotional integration, pattern awareness, and choice; paced over time rather than driven by intensity.

This work supports learning how insight becomes something you live, not just understand.

Containers & Retreats

For founders, educators, and practitioners building meaningful work.
This includes program design, retreat development, curriculum strategy, and clarity around structure, scope, and sustainability.

Practical, grounded guidance for turning ideas into offerings that can actually be held.

Sacred Experiences

This video shares pieces of a retreat in Peru, not as a recap or a highlight reel, but through the words of the people who were there. What you hear are real moments spoken as they were lived.

These reflections aren’t about what looked profound in the moment. They’re about what lingered. The ways people learned to stay with themselves more gently, make different choices, and listen more closely to their hearts.

For me, this is what the work is really about. Creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest, steady enough to stay present, and supported enough to carry what they discover back home with themnot as a peak experience, but as something that continues to shape how they live.
