Retreat to Heart
May 8-15, 2027
The Journey: Day by Day
Over eight days together, we move through a thoughtful rhythm of workshops, practices, reflection, and integration. Each day builds upon the last, creating space for deeper awareness, meaningful insight, and new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Rather than pushing for answers, the retreat creates space for honest reflection and conscious becoming.
Day 1: Arrival + Opening Circle
Participants arrive, settle into the retreat space, and begin slowing down from the pace of daily life.
In the evening we gather for an opening circle to set intentions and introduce the themes that will guide the week ahead.
Day 2: The Initiations That Shaped Us
We begin exploring the experiences, relationships, identities, and survival patterns that shaped who we learned to become.
Participants start examining the patterns that have influenced how they move through relationships, connection, and life itself.
Day 3: Nervous System, Survival & Attachment
This day focuses on understanding how the nervous system influences emotional responses, protection patterns, attachment, and connection.
We explore how the body can confuse familiarity with safety and how survival responses can quietly shape relational dynamics.
Day 4: Shame, Identity & Self-Worth
We turn our attention toward the stories we carry about ourselves and the ways shame shapes identity, worthiness, and connection.
Participants begin recognizing how beliefs formed through earlier experiences can influence boundaries, relationships, and the way they move through the world.
Day 5: Boundaries, Discernment & Re-Initiation
With greater awareness of patterns and emotional responses, the focus shifts toward discernment, self-trust, and conscious choice.
Participants explore what it means to stop abandoning themselves and begin relating to life and relationships from a more grounded place.
Day 6: Integration & Becoming
This day creates space to reflect on what has emerged throughout the week and how these insights translate into daily life moving forward.
Participants begin exploring what it means to consciously participate in their own becoming.
Day 7: Closing Circle
We gather for a closing circle to reflect on the journey of the week, honor the community created together, and acknowledge what each participant is carrying forward.
