Detach With Dork (DWD) 2026 — Cancellation Policy

All payments made toward Detach With Dork (DWD) 2026 are non-refundable, except as outlined below.

Because this retreat requires advance commitments for accommodations, venue deposits, staffing, and logistics, refunds are limited and time-bound.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

• Cancellations made on or before December 1, 2025:
  Eligible for a 50% refund of payments made, minus any non-recoverable processing fees.

• Cancellations made after December 1, 2025:
  No refunds will be issued.

Additional Terms

• Payments are not transferable to another person or future retreat.

• If you are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless a written cancellation request is submitted before December 1, 2025.

• No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, or personal scheduling conflicts.

• Travel disruptions, visa issues, illness, or personal emergencies do not qualify for exceptions.

Retreat Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that DWD 2026 is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of retreat fees paid. Organizer is not responsible for airfare, accommodations outside the retreat booking, or other travel-related expenses.

Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, illness, injury, and travel disruptions.
